Please find a list of frequently asked questions we receive from many of our customers as well as some common answers we feel you may find helpful. It is important to make sure all of your questions are fully answered when making a big decision regarding your home or office.


Yes we do. If you are calling from a commercial property, please notify us if we haven’t already asked so that we may ask all the pertinent questions.

We do however we prefer not to for various reasons. Here are a few reasons why.

  1. We do not warranty supplied parts and corresponding labor.  To clarify, if we installed a toilet that a customer provides and there are subsequent issues than the onus is on the customer for repair costs and concerns. If we were to come back out and determine that we did something wrong than we will always honor our work in that instance.
  2. Sometimes the quality of the product provided can lend itself to issues sooner and we never want to be associated to issues with an inferior product.  We prefer to supply quality products that we can stand behind.

We take great pride in our work. Unless otherwise stipulated, One Call Houston offers a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
