Good Customer Relations

Just to let you know your “good customer relations” worked. Had Art out Wed to install new hot water heater wed, 5 Jan, the one nice day this week! (preventative maintenance, old one still working, but getting old) so wife doesn’t have to worry about it when I travel.

Art was very pleasant, knowledge and work skills were good, good communications, let us know when he needed to leave to pick up bushing he didn’t have in his truck (the piping from the hot water heater in this 1955 construction is a bit weird.)

We will ask for him again, hope he stays with One Call, apparently plumbers move around, hopefully he’s found a comfortable work environment, he expressed satisfaction with the One Call work place.

One Call Service / Edgar Connery

I became acquainted with Edgar Connery and One Call Service in the early 90’s.  Around 1992, Edgar had just left Crown Services
and formed his own company.  At that time Edgar lived around the corner from me and placed his business card in my mail box.
Since he was a neighbor and I was not very happy with my current plumbing/ac company’s service, I decided to give Edgar a call.
As they say the rest is history.

Edgar replaced my old Air Condition with a new one in 1993.  As a new start-up, Edgar did not have many employees, so he did
most of the work himself.

It is now 2013 and several of Edgar’s crew members recently replaced that old air conditioning unit with a brand new one.  I
believe you could say that this is good service, 20 years with the old AC unit.

Many AC checks and plumbing repairs have taken place over  the last 20 years.  Edgar now has quite a few employees.  From the
Ladies who answer the telephone and schedule the service appointments to the fellows who do the repairs/installations, I have
always been very satisfied with the attitude of the workers and with their competence in doing the job.  They also have very
good manners.

I have referred several of my friends to One Call Service, so I guess that you could say that this is a sign of a satisfied customer.

I really appreciated the telephone call from Alice yesterday!! (She calls you Mr. E, quite sweet!) As I told her, I do need a new unit and after my experience yesterday I will be purchasing from your company. You impressed me with your honesty and integrity so when I do buy it will be from you. I’ve decided on the “Tran unit” that Diego showed me when he was here. (wish I had the cash for the discount, but if I’d had that I wouldn’t have been complaining then would I) Thank you again for your consideration!!! Joy to you always!! One satisfied customer. P.S. I had a lot of problems with my bathroom and sink, and my landlord told me to consult a couple plumbers and he would paid for it. My apartment is a fourplex that was built in the 30s so I was skeptical when a few people told me it was going to be a small repair. I called about 5 plumbers who all told me different things on the phone. Edgar at One Call said he’d come over and look at it FOR FREE. He’s the only one that said that, so I said OK. When he and his crew got there, they looked at my appliances for a few minutes and honestly told me what was wrong. I was impressed that they didn’t say “Oh you need a whole new system for $2000,” they just told me that there was a little repair that needed to be done, and did I want them to begin or keep looking around. I told them to go for it! So the inspection was free, the plumbing tune-up was about $70 and it still works fine, good as new! They also looked at my equally old Air Conditioning for free, too. I will definitely be back to One Call when I’m ready and I’ve already told my friends to CALL EDGAR when they’ve got a problem or question!

These Guys Are Honest!

My air conditioner was out, I called One Call they were there in less than 1 hour. My yard man weed-eated my control wire for my ac. Adon fixed it in less than 20 minutes and you couldn’t beat the price, thanks guys. I will definitely be recommending One Call to my friends and family. These guys are honest!

Highly Recommended!

New to Houston and I didn’t know who to call. Called based on the Google reviews, but was still not sure what type of service and price to expect. Pat came out and took care of a busted pipe in my ceiling. He was very professional and did a phenomenal job. He also let me know that his company can take care of the wall and ceiling where he had to cut. So that should make my life a little easier trying to find a trustworthy company to take care of that. One Call Rocks!

Called late Saturday because my hot water heater was out, they had a truck out there less than an hour – a day before Mother’s Day with booked reservations for the restaurant! They called owner at home to get the parts, and I was back in business in less than 3 hours. Eric and Edgar never gave up. Wow and the price was right too. One Call rocks!
